Notes

OpenWAM-α is the pretrained model of the OpenWAM research stack, written by authors from seven universities, the first of them the National University of Singapore.

The OpenWAM project released its code and models on 6 September 2026.

The OpenWAM Hugging Face organisation lists 46 models: the pretrained foundation model and checkpoints fine-tuned for single benchmarks and robots.
